The new 'Flexibility Works' package has been launched, a suite of options
the bank claims gives everyone the ability to access flexible working when
it matters most. The biggest issue our members are communicating
unsurprisingly sits around the intended desire to remove legacy compressed
working and the issue surrounding the new time-bound elements.
