Unite in LBG sits within Unite the Union's structure whilst also having our own. Members are still the driving force in everything that we do but we also have a National Company Committee (NCC) comprised of workplace reps who are responsible for negotiating and consulting on key issues such as pay, health and safety, redundancies and so on.

The NCC is supported by a Unite National Officer, as well as a Chair, Vice-Chair and 2 full-time workplace reps seconded to the Union. Together they support the vital work performed by your committee and workplace representatives.
