Non-Platform changes across 3 areas of Risk Division were announced yesterday. This will result in an overall net reduction of 101 roles impacting 317 colleagues.

A number of colleagues have been placed in the structure, but ultimately there are now colleagues at risk of redundancy. Location has not played a part in any of the selection decisions made as part of these changes.

Unite will work with the bank with the aim of making sure that no colleagues will be made compulsorily redundant.
