Homes Shift Patterns: Update

LBG workers in Homes from today will receive their shift pattern outcomes following the review and preferencing exercise initiated back in September.

Unite are pleased that the vast majority of workers will receive their first shift preference and that mutual compromises have been reached for the majority who went to panel.

That said, we know change can be unsettling and if any member is unhappy with the outcome communicated to them today then we advise they contact the team ASAP so we can work with you and the business area to get the right outcome. We are here for you!
