GCOO Changes - Unite is here to support you

Changes to various areas within the GCOO Division were announced yesterday. Key factors for these changes include; automation improvements, location changes and the changing nature of the work at hand.

For those impacted, some have been placed into role, while others will go through a selection process for roles in the new structure. Some colleagues will already know they are at risk of redundancy; others will learn at a later date they are at risk.

Unite will work with the bank with the aim of making sure that no colleagues will be made compulsorily redundant.
