Consumer relationships: non-customer facing colleague outcomes

Today non-customer facing colleagues in consumer relationships who registered for voluntary redundancy (VR) will receive their outcomes. In addition to the VR outcomes being provided colleagues who did not preference for VR will be updated on next steps regarding their place in the new consumer relationship structure.

Your Unite team have been working closely with consumer relationship leadership to mitigate any redundancies on the back of these structural changes and will be available to assist any member impacted by todays announcements.
