Technology Agreement

With automation threatening jobs, Unite knows more needs to be done by employers to support and protect their workers.

Unite is lobbying LBG for a technology agreement that lays out the principles we believe the company should operate under when it comes to protecting colleagues in terms of job security, skills, equalities and much more due to technological advancements.

Pensions

Our members work incredibly hard for LBG and should be able to retire comfortably. Whilst Unite have found several issues regarding LBG pensions, the pension cap has dominated the concerns for those on a defined benefit scheme. Unite continue to challenge the bank on their pensions position and will continue to build this campaign to get real change. Get in touch to particpate!
